Our **Refund and Return Policy** has been designed to give you peace of mind when ordering products from us. 1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized machinery and equipment (e.g., hydraulic briquette machines, mobile briquette machines).
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Any items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
3. Process for Returns
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@habbiomass.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a **Return Authorization (RA)** number and further instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using the address provided by our team. Ensure that the RA number is clearly mentioned on the packaging.
Note: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. After successful inspection:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **7-10 business days**.
- If the return is not approved due to failure to meet the criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund will be limited to the product’s price, excluding any additional fees.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@habbiomass.com within **7 days** of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. To cancel your order, contact us at info@habbiomass.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the return process will need to be followed once the product is delivered to you.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at info@habbiomass.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
